P106 RIDE REVIEW I 2026 YAMAHA TENERE 700 WORLD RAID (Below) After years of squinting in the sunlight, Tenere 700 owners now have bright TFT displays to enjoy. This screen view option is exclusive to World Raid models and is called "RAID." It features dual trip meters for rally-style navigation or mileage tracking. (Below) The four- LED headlight setup and small LED indicators look high quality. However, the indicators are still incredibly floppy. If you're shooting any slow-mo, be prepared for some bouncing signals. won't accelerate past. The World Raid model has better wind protection and super cool graphics and bodywork to match. It also comes in two colors, Intensity White or Raven. And finally, our test bike also came pre-fitted with Yamaha Acces- sory crash guards (not a horrible call) and Yamaha's optional up/down quickshifter. S U S P E N S I O N P E R F O R M A N C E Of all the upgrades to the Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid, the suspension performance is the most surprising to me and will also be the most polarizing to buyers, I imagine. I simply cannot believe Yamaha developed such an aggres- sive setting for what's been a very docile, comfortable and soft machine in the past. The development team went further into aggressive off-road than I could have predicted.
