out the week, but an injury on the
opening
lap of moto three forced
him out of contention. Murdy, who
won the second moto and entered
the finale only two points behind,
completed the job with another
convincing victory to secure his
second championship of the week.
Steinbrecher and Jaxson Lang
completed the overall podium.
Former professional standout
Osborne was untouchable again
in the Junior (25+) class. Osborne
swept all three motos to claim the
championship. Phil Nicoletti (Rock
-
star Energy Husqvarna) showed
his
speed throughout the week and
mounted an impressive comeback
ride in the final moto after an early
crash, charging through the field to
finish second and secure runner-
up honors overall. Brandon Haas
rounded out the overall podium
with 4-3-3 finishes.
The Supermini 1 (12-15) class
delivered one of the week's most
competitive title battles. Triangle
