men Race Park went to the A/T Charity. A/T is an illness that affects children, and the Bremen crowd responds each year, ready to help out. This year was a major success, thanks to the racers. The program was sponsored in part by Tucker Rocky. The first set of motos were run during the day for gate picks in the evening's program. And what a show it was! The 50cc Open was an all-KTM affair. Cameron Shepard took the overall win. Jarrett Priest took the second podium step with a great ride. Ethan Deneve finished off the orange domination. When the 65cc (7-9) gate fell, Austin Clark had his Gwinnett Nissan Suzuki's throttle pinned, and he took the win. Alec Riggins used his fast KTM to earn second place in the points. Braden Bunker, on his Lakewood Suzuki, kept his head down for the final podium spot. The 85cc (12-15) class was a big one, and the racing was top-notch. Dylan Hammonds brought his Suzuki from Alabama to take the overall win. Tanner McCullers kept his Kawasaki's hammer down for second overall. Jordan Martin came from West Virginia, and his KTM put him on the podium. The Unlimited Amateur and Youth classes were the property of KTM rider Derek Rogers. Matt Turner, on his Atlanta Motoworld Honda, took the runner-up spot in the Unlimited Amateur division; Honda pilot Eli Hurst took the final podium step. KTM rider Dylan Howell took the runner-up spot in the Youth contest, and Sean Bowling took the final podium step with a good ride on his Honda. The 125cc B class was a repeat of the previous classes, with KTM's Rogers again taking the win. Honda-mounted Tyler Horne took the second-overall points. Richie Gibson, on his Big Daddy's Kawasaki, took the final podium position. The 125cc A class was won by Honda-mounted Dash Lyle. Chris McCorkel came out of retirement on a borrowed Honda to take the second-place money. Ms. Leah Cantrell stayed on the gas on her Suzuki for the final podium spot, leaving many of the guys behind her. The other money class, the 250cc A class, was also won by Lyle. McCorkel took second overall again but was pitting a 250cc against the 450cc bikes. Honda-mounted Shane Mills gave the red machines a podium sweep. The racing was great, and the Pro riders were running for a double- purse amount. Plenty of riders, racing, and money for the charity made the weekend's events a major success.
