Best Whip Hometown hero Wyatt Fontenot secured his first-ever X Games gold medal with the win in Best Whip. The Louisiana native went big for his final jump and turned the bike upside down for the New Orleans fans. Fontenot grabbed his first X Games medal, a bronze, just one month ago at X Games Sacramento and now jumps to the top of the podium with his gold. "We worked hard for this," Fontenot said. "This is such an amazing feeling." Tom Parsons added another silver medal to his collection with second place in Best Whip, a repeat result from Sacramento.
