Hunter Lawrence has found
another gear in 2026. Moto
one saw him simply walk away
from the rest of the pack as he
cruised to yet another race win.
This wire-to-wire win marked the
seventh victory of the season, by
a margin of 16.8 seconds over
his younger brother, Jett. Race
two saw both brothers again
slugging it out for the top spot.
They gapped third place by 10
seconds in the first 10 minutes,
with Hunter eventually slotting
into second. His consistent
running allowed him to capital-
ize on Jett's mistake as Hunter
bumped to first late in the race.
A 1-1 sweep sees Hunter re-
claim the red plate leaving round
seven with a 10-point lead.
"I got my doors blown off in
the second moto," Hunter said.
"I honestly had no idea Jett
crashed. He was flying. I'm
happy it worked out. Jett had
a good flow and a good pace
in the second moto, and he got
me. I was trying to catch on
and trying to do the same lines
and just wasn't able to make it
click like the first one."
Haiden Deegan fought his
way to second overall after a
wild first-turn crash in moto one.
The 450-class rookie hit the
deck in turn one and remounted
way back in dead last.

Benny Bloss by far had his best day
of the season with an eighth overall.
Prior to this, his best result was a
15th at round two. "A 10-10 for eighth
overall today. Absolutely stoked with
the bike all day."

(14-7) 450MX
Jordon Smith put his Triumph inside
the top 10 with two strong rides. "It
was a pretty good day," he said.
"Qualification was better than it has
been all year, but I was buried in
moto one and put in a good push to
get to 14th. The lap times in moto one
indicated that I should be around the
top five. Seventh in moto two, after
running sixth, also proved that."
