Davies improved his starts this weekend, and a pair of holeshots put him at the front of the field in both motos. An unfortunate fall dropped him back in race one, and he crossed previous points leader Seth Ham - maker missing the rest of the season, Kitchen has the opportu- nity to step up and take control of the championship. He's now just two points out of the series lead. "I needed a day like today, but it kicked my ass," Kitchen said.
