"Starts let me down, but riding
is improving each weekend,"
Minear said.
Julien Beaumer bounced back
this weekend and put himself in-
side the top five with 4-5 finishes
for
fifth overall.
"I'm really strong, and we've
known that for some time now,"
Beaumer said. "Obviously, last
weekend wasn't great, with two
motos coming from 40th, but my
riding was good today. I started
that second moto around 30th
and just had to work through the
pack."
Chance Hymas finished a
season-best sixth over Nate
Thrasher, Francisco Garcia,
Carson Mumford and Michael
Mosiman.

the line in seventh. Thankfully,
another holeshot saw him lead
the first half of moto two as he
fended off several attacks from
Sacha. With Sacha not a cham-
pionship player, Davies let him
go
and took second in the race,
going 7-2 for third overall. This is
his third consecutive podium and
gives him control of the series by
two over Kitchen.
"Up and down day, but I'm
looking at the positives," Davies
said. "My starts are unreal right
now and I'm riding good. We've
got the points lead so I'm stoked.
Like I said, up and down day, but
I'm happy where I'm at."
Kayden Minear scored a moto
podium with a third in race two
and finished fourth overall.
