and led every lap in between.
The only time he wasn't on top
was during the morning's timed
qualifying, where he was a close
second to his brother, Jett. This
is the second time this season
Hunter's gone 1-1, which earned
him his third career 450MX vic

Hunter Lawrence remains very
much in the championship
conversation. The round-one
winner showed his speed again
this weekend with two domi-

field. It was a perfect

59 CASEY COCHRAN
7TH (4-11) 250MX
Casey Cochran put in his best show-
ing in a long time as he led laps in
the first 250 moto and later finished
seventh on the day. "I had to do some
mental work to find myself after the
first three rounds, so it's good to be
back up front," Cochran said. "I had
good starts. Unfortunately, I crashed
in moto two. My riding was so much
better this weekend. I feel like we
made a lot of steps forward, so yeah,
I'm happy with the results overall
heading into the break."
36 GARRETT MARCH-
BANKS 6TH (5-6) 450MX
Garrett Marchbanks continued his
consistent trend and narrowly missed
a top five overall. "In moto one, I
worked my way from around the top
10 into fifth," he said, "and in moto
two, I had to fight through the pack
again after getting shuffled around
early. We made some good passes
and kept pushing all the way to the
end. The consistency was good, but
we'll use this break to keep working
on our starts."
MYOWNRACE
Hunter Lawerence swept
the day for the second
time this season, making
it a perfect 1-1.
