light and mask, an updated chain guide and
front-sprocket guard and new graphics. Both
models also feature a black frame, a first for
the XTrainer lineup.
Beta says the 200's engine has been devel
-
oped to deliver linear, controllable torque due
to
new power-valve timing, revised porting
and a new piston design.
Beta added, "The design of the new 200
was intended to fill a distinct gap in the mar
-
ket. Younger or smaller-stature riders who no
longer want to
wrestle with a full-size model
will find the XTrainer 200 a very pleasant sur-
prise. Equipped with electric start, a low seat
height,
and electronic oil injection, the 200 fits
perfectly into the legendary XTrainer family."
The XTrainer 300, Beta's best-selling 300cc
two-stroke model, returns to the lineup with
"enhanced, more robust, and functional
components." For 2027, the 300 is offered in
two configurations: a standard-height model
and a Lowboy model. The Lowboy features
a 34.6-inch seat height, roughly 1.2 inches
lower than the standard model's 35.8-inch
height. The Lowboy model shares the same
specifications as the standard version, except
for shorter suspension travel.
All 2027 Beta XTrainer models will be avail
-
able in August with MSRPs of $8799 for the
200
and $8990 for the 300 and 300 Lowboy
models.
