Almansa converted pole posi-
tion into the early lead, but he and
Quiles
quickly broke clear of the
field. Behind them, Valentin Per-
rone and teammate Rico Salmela
(Red
Bull KTM), along with
Carpe and David Munoz (Intact
GP KTM), battled over the final
podium position as several early
incidents disrupted the race.
Quiles took the lead on lap
seven and set the fastest lap
shortly after, while an error from
Almansa allowed Quiles to edge
clear. By the closing laps, Quiles
had built a lead of more than a
second and looked untouchable.
