After a two-week break following the
Supercross series, the Pro Motocross
Championship kicked off this weekend at Fox
Raceway in Pala, California, marking one of
the most highly anticipated seasons in recent
memory. With hype around Jett Lawrence's
return, Haiden Deegan's debut, and a stacked
lineup of former champions, the opener was
bound to be a race to remember.
In the end, two winners emerged against
the grain, as Hunter Lawrence (450MX) and
Seth Hammaker (250MX) took their respective
overall victories.
