ing into turn one. Herrin quickly moved into contention, and he and Binder resumed their battle at the front. However, Herrin's race ended with a crash five laps from the finish, leaving Binder clear to pull away. Once in clean air, Binder repeatedly lowered the race lap record and steadily built an ad - vantage that grew to more than eight seconds by the checkered flag. Behind him, Scott, Yaakov and Josh Hayes (BPR Rac - ing Yamaha) fought over the remaining podium positions in a race-long battle. Scott held on for second place, beating Yaakov by 0.032 of a sec - ond, while Yaakov secured the final podium position by 0.076 of a second over Hayes in fourth. VOLUME ISSUE JUNE , P111 Supersport Darryn Binder (Celtic/Economy Lube + Tire/Warhorse Ducati) continued his impressive start to the 2026 MotoAmerica Super - sport season at Road America, sweeping both races and extending his streak to three consecutive victories. In Saturday's race one, Tyler Scott (M4 Ecstar Suzuki) started from pole position after break - ing his own Supersport lap record from a year ago. Early in the race, Scott settled into third place behind Binder and Josh Herrin (Rahal Ducati Moto with Desnuda Organic Tequila), who engaged in a fierce battle for the lead aboard their Ducati Pani - gale V2s. With two laps remaining, Scott attempted to join the fight for victory but crashed while chasing the lead pair, ending his challenge. The incident promot - ed Kayla Yaakov (Rahal Ducati Moto with Droplight) to third. On the final lap, Herrin made a late attempt to pass Binder but ran wide at turn one, allowing the South African to secure his third victory in five races. Herrin finished second, while Yaakov completed an all-Ducati podium with her fourth podium finish of the season. In Sunday's race two, Scott once again started strongly, grabbing the holeshot and lead - Superbike Race Two Highlights Kelly's race-two win vaults him into the championship lead by one point.
