WHEN THE STARS
CAME OUT TO PLAY
In 1967, the Prospectors MC
hosted a motocross event in
Castaic, California, and several
stars came out to play, including
Joel Robert, Gary Bailey, Eddie
Mulder, Preston Petty, Torsten
Hallman and more. This photo of
winner Dave Bickers was featured
on the cover of CN, but even on
the cover, it didn't do it justice.
Here it is again in all its uncropped
glory, nearly 60 years later.
