Once again, Garrett Gerloff
delivered one of his recent
"specials," moving from 13th on
the grid to sixth as the lightly
updated Kawasaki once again
powered him well beyond con-
ventional expectations.
"Not
a bad day on Sunday,"
said Garrett. "But I am just frus-
trated with the Superpole race.
In race
two, I felt I had a better
start and pushed to close in on
the Bimota riders. But I was still
hoping for more this weekend."
In the championship stand-
ings, the bare statistics read like
a scary film script for anyone
who
wants to see a wide-open
championship or teams with one
of their non-Ducati riders looking
to get a look-in.
Bulega now has a perfect 372
points, Lecuona is already 108
behind with 264, and Sam Lowes
is 230 points behind Bulega and
a mere 122 off Lecuona's total,
with literally half of the season
now completed.
As routes go, this 2026 one
is pretty comprehensive, with
