Lampkin was the top rider at the Scottish Six-Day
Trials.

Mile, where Hank Scott took the win... Jimmy
Weinert and Tony DiStefano traded 250cc
moto wins at the AMA Motocross National at
Fogelsville, Pennsylvania. Weinert's 2-1 gave
him the overall... Roger DeCoster won the
500cc Austrian GP.
