Talent Cup
Nathan Gouker dominated the
MotoAmerica Talent Cup round
at Barber Motorsports Park,
claiming pole position, a new
lap record and commanding
victories in both races aboard
his Quarterley Racing Kramer
APX-350 MA.
In race one, Gouker took
control after championship
was injured after striking Davis'
stranded bike but was later re
-
ported to be in stable condition.
Following
the restart, Binder
and Yaakov traded the lead in a
tense late-race duel before the
South African edged clear to win
by less than two-thousandths
of a second. Yaakov finished
a close second, while Scott
narrowly beat Herrin in a photo
finish for third.
The result sees MotoAmerica
rookie Binder move to the top of
Yaakov battled teammate Josh
Herrin (Rahal Ducati Moto with
Desnuda Organic Tequila) and
Darryn Binder (Celtic/Economy
Lube + Tire/Warhorse Ducati)
in an all-Ducati fight for victory.
Herrin ultimately prevailed over
Binder, while Yaakov held off
Tyler Scott (M4 Ecstar Suzuki)
to complete the podium.
In race two, Yaakov again
led early before a red flag was
shown after a crash involving Ry
-
der Davis and Ella Dreher. Dreher

2026 in Darryn Binder (53), Kayla Yaakov (19),
Josh Herrin (2) and Tyler Scott (70) were at it again
at Barber, with Binder and Herrin taking the wins.
Nathan Gouker was operating on
a higher plane in Alabama, taking
two wins and tying for the title
lead in the Talent Cup.
