with the Arai Egg Shaped Form (ESF) shell designed to
enhance Glancing Off performance by helping deflect
indirect impacts and reduce the amount of energy
entering the helmet.

the inner liner needs to manage. This is where we can
enhance the helmets' ability to protect.
Maintaining the Arai Egg-Shaped Form while also
meeting the demanding requirements of SNELL
standards has been one of the greatest challenges
in helmet design. For decades, Arai has continued
refining proprietary shell construction techniques to
preserve the round, smooth, and strong shape without
compromising protection.
