New colorways are out for Alpinestars'
Supertech R7 street helmet, pictured
here in the A-Core graphic. The street
helmet has a multi-composite shell
made from layers of carbon, aramid
fibers and fiberglass, which dissipate
impact energy and resist penetrations.
A multi-density EPS liner inside the
S-R7's shell is designed to slip on impact
to protect the head from rotational
accelerations. Ten vents provide
airflow, padded areas on either side
of the helmet's opening help prevent
collarbone injury, and an integrated
spoiler minimizes turbulence and drag.

released a collection of casual
apparel in its DBK (Dirt Bike Kidz)
line for wear at school, home or
the track. The 100 percent cotton
T-shirts and cotton/polyester
hoodies feature both the Fly
and the DBK logos, and the
hoodies are designed without
drawcords for child safety. The
snapback cap with the DBK
Classic logo has an "elephant"
pattern on the underside of
the bill, and it comes with a
metallic "DBK 2Fifty" sticker.
