6-6 to deliver increased strength, reduced
wear and a longer service life than the
stock molded components. Engineered with

the U.S.-made shoes help control chain
motion and reduce parasitic power
loss. They are direct replacements
for H-D part numbers 39976-65B for
1965–2000 Big Twin models and P/N
39976-01 for 2001-06 Big Twin models,

Motion Pro has a tool (P/N 08-0569) for
removing the fork cap and compression
cartridge on Showa SFF 50mm forks. The tool's
outer ring fits the 50mm octagonal fork cap,
while the inner body holds the cartridge so it
can be removed from the fork cap. The outer ring
can be clamped in a vise, which can reduce the
risk of damaging it during disassembly. The billet
6061 aluminum tool is anodized in blue, and it
works with a 1/2-inch square drive.
