After briefly being shuffled back to fourth place, Webb retali- ated and found his way around Roczen to steal away a podium position. This finish is crucial for Webb's championship hopes as he sits firmly in third overall, 16 points behind Lawrence and two points up on Roczen. "It was a fun race, for sure, but I'm honestly a little bummed," Webb said. "I was pretty nice and should have been more aggres - sive with Roczen and maybe gotten the pass earlier. It was a sick race, with all four of us bunched up there. I tried to make the pass on Roczen for second, and Eli ended up getting me and ran me off the track, then Kenny ROUND 7 / FEBRUARY 21, 2026 AT&T STADIUM / ARLINGTON, TEXAS P64 LIGHT-GATE No penalties were handed out after either main event regarding the medical flags or lights. The flashing lights that led Shimoda to essentially give up the race lead were not on for Brown or Bennick, who ran second and third at the time. The AMA issued a state- ment on Monday after the race, stating, "When the warning light is shown, riders are alerted of a future obstacle being shut down. However, the presence of the warning light alone does not pro- hibit riders from executing jumps unless accompanied by additional flag signals or directives indicat- ing otherwise." For the 450 divi- sion, riders jumped on a red-cross flag but were also not given a pen- alty. The opposite occurred in this situation, as a flag was shown, but the warning lights were not on. Race Direction says there was "no blatant violation of the red cross rule" since the riders were already committed to the jump due to no "visible warning light to reason- ably signal the restricted condition prior to takeoff." As a result, no penalties have been assessed to any riders in the 250 class regard- ing this situation. LARS LINDSTROM UNHAPPY Team Honda HRC Progressive's team manager Lars Lindstrom voiced his displeasure with the calls after the race regarding the medical lights and called for penalties in both main events. "We won both classes tonight; I'm not sure if you know that," Lindstrom said. "Jo got the short end of the stick on the red-cross thing, which I'm protesting right now. Just go Briefly... SUPERCROSS I MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS / SUPERMOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP (Left) Lawrence continues to hold the 450SX points lead for another week. (Right) A second place for Eli Tomac minimized the points damage in the 450SX standings. to the end as much as I could. Second was all we had tonight." Webb recovered from his off- track excursion to hold on for the final spot on the box in third. Webb, who is the winningest rider in Arlington, grabbed the holeshot and held tough behind the Roczen-Lawrence battle, sitting ready to pounce should either rider make a mistake. Un - fortunately for him, his patience backfired when Tomac's move pushed Webb off the track.
