Tomac is the only repeat win-
ner in 2026 so far, winning half
of
the races this year. The Red
Bull KTM rider finished off the
podium in the previous two
rounds but was back up to
speed in Seattle. There wasn't
much to separate the top three,
but Tomac hounded Cooper
Webb for the first half of the
race before using a tricky triple
line onto a tabletop to steal the
race lead away from the Yama
-
ha rider. With Tomac out front,
the former
champion strung
together consistent laps while
minimizing mistakes in the
treacherous ruts. He led the sec
-
ond half of the main event and
opened up a gap of more than
nine seconds. More importantly,
the win puts him just a point out
of the championship lead.
"I noticed I was making good
time through the whoops,"
Tomac said. "And once I did
the triple onto the table, I knew
I could run with him [Webb]. It
was a battle of who's not going
to miss a rhythm section or that
triple onto the tabletop or who

work on some things. The positives
are that we got two good starts to-
night and had some good laps."

9TH 450SX
Dylan Ferrandis took his fourth ninth-
place finish of the year, matching
his best finish so far. "It was a very
challenging track with the rain com-
ing into the weekend. So far, one of
the nastiest and gnarly tracks," said
Ferrandis. "In the main, I was feeling
good. My body and my mind were all
in a good place. I was in a good spot,
fighting with the boys, pushing, push-
ing, pushing and pushing the limit a
little too much. I lost the front and
crashed. Came back to fight again
and gave it everything I had. I was
very disappointed with myself. I feel
like tonight we could have improved
on overall position. I think everybody
in the team saw some good fight and
saw some improvement on the bike."
