finish second, while Dana Raynor

While Saturday offered its
share of excitement, Sunday's
two-hour Pro 450 and Pro 250
races became the weekend's
highlight. The longer race dura

tion combined with the physi-
cally demanding Pro Section
created
a true test of endurance
and focus. Riders had to balance
aggression with accuracy, espe
-
cially through the rocky climbs
and
technical lines that allowed
little margin for error.
In the Pro 450 class, Dare
DeMartile (Beta) started strong
and took an early lead. He set
a fast pace in the first laps and
recorded the race's quickest lap
on lap two with a 10:44.723.
Early on, DeMartile seemed in
control, navigating the Pro Sec
-
tion smoothly and maintaining a
comfortable
margin.
However, the turning point
came in the Pro Section when
DeMartile encountered a fallen
lapped rider. The incident
disrupted his momentum and
allowed Semmens to close in.
Semmens, who had been apply
-
ing steady pressure from just
behind,
took advantage of the
opportunity and made the deci-
sive move into the lead.
Once
out front, Semmens
never relinquished the lead. Run-
ning consistent laps in the 10:58
range,
including a 10:58.690 on
lap four and a 10:58.674 on lap
five, Semmens managed both
the technical terrain and the
faster desert sections with com
