cancelled. As a result, the 2026 FIM
Motocross World Championship calen

dar will now feature 19 Grands Prix.
The 2026 season gets underway in
Patagonia, in Bariloche, on March 7-8
for the YPF MXGP of Argentina.

eam Honda HRC Progressive
announced that Jo Shimoda,
the 2025 250SMX Champion,
is expected to line up at round
seven of the AMA Supercross
Championship this Saturday, Feb
-
ruary 21, in Arlington, Texas.
The race marks the first round
of the 250SX East Divisional
Series, along with Shimoda's first
race of the season. Shimoda suf-
fered a neck injury in the off-sea-
son but, according to the team,
has made a quick recovery since
undergoing surgery.
