Bolt Flawless Again W ith 14,000 fans looking on, Husqvarna Factory Racing's Billy Bolt had another outstand- ing performance at round four of the 2026 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship in Budapest, Hungary, on January 31. After topping SuperPole and winning all three Prestige-class races on his FE 350, the defending cham- pion maintained his undefeated streak and increased his lead in the championship standings. Qualifying safely as the second fastest for the all-important Su- perPole shootout, Bolt delivered a mistake-free ride on the flowing Budapest track to secure pole position over GasGas rider Mitch Brightmore by over half a sec- ond. The result earned him three championship points and first gate pick for the evening's finals. Triumph's Jonny Walker placed third. A strong start in race one saw Bolt round the first corner in third place. However, a tangle with another rider in the rock section dropped him to fifth. From there, Bolt delivered a sensational comeback ride, carving his way through the field to take the lead on the penultimate lap. Stay- ing composed under pressure, he held firm to secure his first win of the night ahead of Stark Varg-mounted Toby Martyn and Brightmore. Martyn was in a great position to get his maiden win, maintaining a large 10-sec- ond lead over Bolt when he went down two laps from the end. However, a second was still a career best for the former TrialGP star from Great Britain. Starting from the second row for the reverse-grid race two, Billy bided his time through the opening corners, carefully avoid- ing early drama. Wasting no time in finding his rhythm, he surged into the lead by the end of lap one. From there, the reigning World Champion was untouch- able, extending his advantage with a composed and clinical WIND IN THE P40 Billy Bolt continues to dominate the FIM SuperEnduro Championship after winning all three Prestige motos in Budapest.
