Moose Run triumph his fourth win in five
rounds so far.

happened at the l3th annual
Moose Run,
presented
by Moose Racing,
was

stalking series-number-tlvo,

mile loop laid out by

Content to let Williamson lead the way,
Jarrett
bided his time and took the lead
for
good
on
the
third and final lap
with
Williamson hanging on for second and
Jason
Thomas
scoring
third.
Williamson
demonstrated sawy that

with the star.t as he
chose the far
outside when he lined up his
Williamsonracing,com Y2250. Everyone
else stayed closer to the inside, including
Jarrett.
But what Williamson
counted on
was the narrow strip of
grass
that choice
afforded him, and it worked,
as he
hooked up and flew, while the
deep, dry
peat
soil comprising the rest of the start
straight sucked up all the
power
for allthe
other bikes. So, Williamson swooped
around the outside and
grabbed
the lead
as they headed into the little chicane, over
a small bridge and into the following field
and woods seā¬tion,

I
got
into the lead I
iust
put
the
hammer down and tried to
pull
awax"
Williamson said.
"l
didn't want anybody to
key off me. That was my whole strategy
for the race.

seemed to work
pretty good.
When they were right behind me
and
they could key off me, they
could
just
cruise, no
problem.
Once I noticed that, I
tried to
pull
away
until
I couldn't hear
