The Tennessee event was Harc Freixa's first evem with Beta, after riding the first two rounds of the series on the two-sB-oke Scorpa. Speaking of Scorpa, Tadeusz Blazusiak was ma.kint his first official ride on the four- stroke Scorpa after also riding the two- stroke in Spain and Portutal. Neady all of th€ facrory bikes sponed extr€mety small fuel tanks in order to save weitht - weight that is located high on the bike. The Montesa fuel cells reponedly hold ont a pint of fuel and the minders cerD/ tas that is put in the tanks as needed on the loop. Former Wodd Champion Kevin Schwantz was a spectator at rhe world Trials event. Schwanrz is an avid trials enthusiast and comes to TTC to rade on a re€ular basis. Sherco USAs David Chayes and Louise Forsley help mind for Albert Cabesrany. Cabestany was seen riding Arny Baumert's pink Sherco during seccion inspectaon on Friday. The pits at the Tennessee event ended up beinS a pretty cool place to hang out. Besides all of the really trick, one-off machineD/ that Sraced the g.aveled "factory aow" there were plenty ofvendors for food and motorcycle accessories. The STRA also had a practice area ribboned ofl right in the middle ofthe pits so eveq/one could easily watch the lop riders practice.
