racers returned to the track in
droves as
Baja MX
Lhek its openlnr evenr of the 2006 motocross
season.
The
track was in
great
shape, which is no
surprise to the
riders
that
frequent the District 14
pow€rhouse
on a reEUIar bses.
Chris
Lueth took a
pair
of overall victories, winnin8 both the Over 25
and Over 30 classes after winning a moto in each class. Mean-
while, Richard Grey was the one to beat in the 65cc Senior and
S5cclunior clasres -
yet
no one was up to that task.
Lueth
got
off to a
good
stan in moto one of the Ov€r 25
class and was riding well. He took the lyin by outrunnin8 CraiS
Bland. Lueth has circled the Baia facility for
years.

familiarity with
the

served him well. Bland had a

but was
just
off the fast
pace
set by
Lueth.
Jasin
Kioller ran strong throughout the moto, crossinS
the finish line in third. Ray Roehlk and.lustin l'4cLosky were the

moro one eliminated his chences for a
