ar Coyote Run
Motocross
Park. Coyote Run is one
oI the new tracks
added to
the GCS this
year
to give
rhe racers more
and better faciliti€s.
The
track was
prepped
to the max, and th€ racers had
their
hands full with a
sand track featurin8 rough and
changing lines.
Coyote Run has two tracks: one {or the
big bikes, and ano&er
for the 50s and 65s. This made
rhe
program
run faster, with
both tracks running
at the same rime.
When
the
gate
fell for
the 50cc Oil-lnjected class, it was
the
Yarnaha-mounted Tristan
Lewis takinS the overall win.
Michael
Webb
scored th€ secofld-oveEll honors,
and Paxbn
Jones
took
the final
podium position,
eivinS
Yamaha
a
podium
sweep.
The 50cc
Open
racers
left the line,
and at the finish it \ /as
Coleman Ma.tan taking
the overall victory on his fast
Cobra,
preventing
a KTl4
podium
domination, as Tommy
Maxey took
second overall with a

hammer down for the final podium position.

65cc

class looked like
an all-Kll4 class, with the

five riders on the
