Bill 3032,

would amend
'Tennessee
code to allow
no motorcycle operator
to
carry a
passenger on a motorcycle
who
is
less than the age
of nine. The
AMA is call-
ing for Tennessee
motorcyclists to contact
their senator's office in
Nashville
"and
politely
let them know that
it should be
the
parents,
not the state,
who decide
when their children ride
motorcycles."
