The Ehinese lnvasion!
Since the
last lndian+olis Dealer Expo a
few ago, one thing that has changed dramaticalb/, is the
wave of Chinese and Korean motorcycles,
scooters and ATVs for sale- fu a matter
of fact there
were so many Chinese
companies trying to network and
pick
up U,S. dealers that they were
given
their own
pavilion.
Mixed in with them
were
a
multitude of companies from Ko.ea, Taiwan, and
almost every other corner ofthe
globe
-
all trying to cash in with their cheap
knock
off
vehicles.
There were
too many companies on hand to count, but our
guess
is that at
least
30-40
motor-
cycle, scooter
and ATV companies
(which
we've never heard of) were in attendance. Here is a

selection of some of their many displays
at the lndy Dealer Expo 2006.
