Hurley was determined to befter his position in the second moto. but he was back in eiShth place for the first lap. Repeating his charSe ot the first moto, he worked his way to the front of the pack, 6king the lead on lap four from Thomas Lattenhauer. At the finish, Hurley claimed the win, followed by Craig Speicher and VGlker in rhird. This tave the overall win to Hurley, with Walker (2-3) in second and Houston ( l-5) an third. Two riders put on a classic battle in the 2&35 lntermediate class. Race Tech/Stomp/Kenda/l'4TA,/Barnett-backed Loren Po(hirowski and Justin Burlingame battled hard during both motos.
