I
Recently crowned BooKoo Arenacross
Champion.Josh Demuth dealt with var-
ious injuries throuShout the season, in
particular
a broken hand suffered at the
opening round in Fort Worth, but he
still manated to put his Team BabbitCs
Enxus Oil Kawasaki on the box enouth
times to claim the championship title in
the inaugural BooKoo Arenacross
Series. The 27-yeer-old, who is also a
two-time AMA Arenacross Champion,
rode with severe
pain
at the final event
in Tulsa, but he held on to finish wath
enough
points
to edte Suzuki Fun
Center's Shane Bess for the title.
Somethint that made the title extra
special for him was the fact that his
father, Randy, who has worked as his
mechanic lor the entire series. was on
hand !o witness the memorable event.
