The final round of the popular Alabama Srate Championship Series, sponsored by Serious Racewear and Liquid Performance, was held at flill Creek MX Park and drew nearly 400 entries. Kawasaki and Honda contingency proSrams were rn force. as were those offered by Pro Taper, MSR and Answer ln l25cc B adion. Cunnrngham scored wrns in both motos aboard his YZ250E PJ. Larsen and Steven Clarke foilowed him home both times out. Geor8ia riders Derek RoSers and Tyler lu8el completed the rop live. Cunningham aho posted l-l finishes in the Unlmrted Amateur class. Pearl, llissrssiPPis losh Eure (3'3) was a solid second aboard his KX. CR-mounted Hayden Robersofl claimed third with a 5-4 rall/. Another l'lississipPian, William Wichers, placed fourth ovemll on his Kawasaki. Mike Barnett put a Yamaha in the top five vaa 6-6 fiflishes. The l25cc C class was the larg€st of the day, and l4orris was by far the most consistent rider in th€ field. Corey Miller won the first moto but was a DNF the second time out. Beaumont. Mississippi s Zack Lott claimed se.ond in moto ooe but then was a DNS for race two. Wichers went DNF-3 {or lSth overall. A lopsided l0-2 talt put RM-mounred Zack Foreman in fourth.
