ver dreamed of riding
through British Columbia
to the Arctic Circle and
looping through Alaska? Re-
nowned moto-journalist Olivier
de Vaulx did just that on his
KTM 890 and captured count-
less breathtaking moments
in his new hardcover book,
"Adventure Riding in Canada &
Alaska," the highly anticipated
follow-up to "Adventure Riding
in The American West."
We were very impressed with
that first book, which chronicled
over a decade of riding in the
western United States. That
book showcased many motor
-
cycles and provided detailed
insights into the various destina-
tions de Vaulx was very familiar
with. The follow-up book chang-
es course a bit, focusing on a
single 8000-mile solo ride that
took just a couple of weeks ear-
lier this summer. It was all new
territory for the author, de Vaulx,
and the book showcases even
more wildlife and epic scenery.
The hardcover coffee table
book uses a wide format
(9 x 12 inches) and includes
304 high-resolution photos in
its 216 pages. It also includes
a golden logo and a color dust
jacket.

stories to make you want to create
your own adventure route
• Spectacular photography that
• If you are more into motorcycles
shots than epic scenery and wildlife,
this has more of the latter. We were
just fine with that as the motorcycle
made the journey uniquely possible.
"Adventure
Riding in Canada
& Alaska" takes
readers on an
amazing 8000-mile
journey through
Canada and
Alaska.
