MXGP 2026 Calendar Updated T he 2026 FIM Motocross World Championship (MXGP) calendar has been updated with a new date and venue for the opening round. The MXGP of Argentina will take place on March 7-8 at the new circuit in Bariloche, which is a lakeside track in the Patagonia region. Additionally, the MXGP of Great Britain is returning to the Foxhill circuit, which was the site of the 1998 Motocross of Na - tions. Foxhill hosts the annual Vet Motocross des Nations but hasn't been on the GP calendar since 2000, when James Dobb won the 125 GP. There are still a couple of TBAs on the calendar. CN VOLUME ISSUE DECEMBER , P25 The opening round of the 2026 MXGP season will now take place in Argentina, March 7-8. Nichols Fills In For Roczen T he Pipes Motorsports Group Team says that Ken Roczen won't be competing in the final two rounds of the World Super- cross Championship in Sweden and South Africa. Roczen, the two-time World Supercross Champion, was listed as a wild- card entry from the beginning of the series. Roczen's position on the two- rider Suzuki team will be filled by Twisted Tea/H.E.P. Motorsports Suzuki/PMG rider Colt Nichols is joining teammate Jason Ander - son and other WSX full-timers on the grid for the final two rounds. Other title contenders include Christian Craig and Joey Sa - vatgy. CN Colt Nichols is going to fill in for Ken Roczen on the PMG Suzuki Team in the remaining two rounds of the World Supercross Championship.
