know, a happy son! But yeah, that
was good. We fought hard, and it
was awesome."
Championship contender
Jason Anderson, Roczen's team-
mate, rode well until a fall in race
three relegated him to 16th in
the moto and 13th overall.
"Some good things to take
from it," Anderson said. "Obvi
-
ously, it didn't end very well, but I
was able to get up front most of
the motos. I had some good rid-
ing. I got second in the second
race. It was a good day all in all,
and we keep moving forward."
In the SX1 Championship
standings, Roczen leads the
way with 122 points, followed by
Craig with 95, Savatgy 83, Ander
-
son 77 and Greg Aronda 46.
Roczen, however, confirmed
that he's not going to compete
in the final two rounds in Swe-
den and South Africa, and his
spot on the Pipes Motorsports
Suzuki Team will be filled by Colt
Nichols.
In the SX2 class, Max Anstie,
on the Team GSM Yamaha, again
dominated, winning all three
races, finishing well clear of de
-
fending champ Shane McElrath
on the Quad Lock Honda.
Third overall on the night was
MotoConcepts Honda's Cullin
Park, followed by Rick Ware Rac
-
ing Yamaha's Coty Schock and
Venum Bud Racing Kawasaki's
Cole Thompson.
Anstie, perfect so far, en
-
joys a comfortable lead in the
SX2 class with 135 points to
Schock's 107. McElrath is third
on 95 points.
