otoGP is over once
again, and after the lon-
gest season on record,
it was Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia
Racing) who will go into the off-
season with the biggest smile,
having dominated the Valencia
GP ahead of the impressive Raul
Fernandez (Trackhouse Aprilia)
and Fabio Di Giannantonio
(VR46 Ducati).
The win may have been sweet,
but the prize for Bezzecchi was
even sweeter. After stopping on
the cooldown lap to bizarrely
"propose" to his factory RS-GP,
Bezzecchi later revealed he had
a bet going with Aprilia boss
Massimo Rivola that if he took
three wins in 2025, he would be
allowed to keep his bike.
The Aprilia will now take pride
of place in Bezzecchi's living
room, in a place Marco says he
has been keeping deliberately
vacant all season as a motivator
to bring the RS-GP home.
In Moto2, Diogo Moreira
(Italtrans Kalex) is the new
Moto2 World Champion and
the first of any class from his
nation of Brazil in the history of
GP racing after cruising to 10th
place behind first-time winner
Izan Guevara (Pramac Yamaha
Boscoscuro), with Dani Holgado
(Aspar Kalex) and Ivan Ortola
(QJ Motor Boscoscuro) rounding
out the podium.
Moto3 also saw a first-time
winner in Adrian Fernandez
(Leopard Honda). The younger
