"ANEC was created to better represent the national scale of the series and the growth we are committed to delivering. The rebrand strengthens our focus on elevating professional enduro racing while continuing to honor the tradition that riders and fans have supported for decades. Toyota Redlands BarX Yamaha Introduces 2026 Team T oyota Redlands BarX Ya- maha announced its "youth- driven" rider lineup for the 2026 SuperMotocross (SMX) World Championship in the 250cc divi- sion, backed by factory support from Yamaha Motor Corp., USA. The team will be anchored by the return of the California duo of Parker Ross and Dilan Schwartz, while Nevada's Lux Turner becomes the newest addition who will contest the full SMX season with the 250cc West Region in the AMA Super - cross Championship as well as the AMA Pro Motocross Cham- pionship. Additionally, Iowa na- tive Leo Tucker will return to the fold, while Californian prospects Nathan Ab- bott and Cole Timboe will compete in SMX Next. Former racer Bradley Taft will return as the team's manager. Veteran 450cc rider Derek Drake remains with the team, but he will focus on his ongo - ing fight against Lyme disease. The 26-year-old Californian has defied the odds with his illness, overcoming its often-debilitat - ing effects to qualify for the SMX Playoffs last year and earn number 98 for the 2026 season. However, Drake has chosen to take an extended break from competition to recover fully and hopes to return to the track dur - ing the Pro Motocross Cham- pionship, aiming to once again qualify for the postseason. CN Lux Turner is one of the newest members of the Toyota Redlands BarX Yamaha. He's joining returning riders Parker Ross and Dilan Schwartz.
