KTM, Sexton Split A fter two seasons in the SuperMotocross World Championship, Red Bull KTM Fac- tory Racing and Chase Sexton have officially parted ways. This news comes as no surprise since Sexton has already been linked to a new deal with the Monster Energy Kawasaki team, which is said to be a done deal. And who might be Sexton's new teammate at the Monster Energy Kawasaki Team? Most likely Garrett Marchbanks, who had a solid 2025 season with the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/ Kawasaki 250cc Team. Sexton joined the Red Bull KTM at the end of 2023, and his short tenure with the team is highlighted by winning the 2024 AMA Pro Mo - tocross Championship with overall victories at seven of the 11 rounds that season. In total, the pairing earned 12 Pro Mo - tocross podiums and 21 AMA Supercross podiums together. CN WIND IN THE P28 Chase Sexton and KTM have officially parted ways. GasGas Says Goodbye to Barcia J ustin Barcia's time at the GasGas Factory Racing team has officially ended after five seasons. Barcia initially joined the team in 2021 and helped the brand earn its first 450SX main-event win and first 450MX moto victory. "Bam Bam" won the brand's first Supercross main event in 2021 at the season opener in Houston. It was his third consecutive opening- round victory. Barcia has been the team's only 450 rider since GasGas entered the scene in 2021. Throughout their time together, Barcia and GasGas have earned several podiums and top- five finishes. Most recently he claimed 10th in the 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship season. It is rumored that Barcia will transition to the new Troy Lee Designs Ducati Team for the 2026 season. It's likely that the GasGas brand will no longer field a team in SuperMotocross due to the financial restructuring of its parent company, KTM. Current 250cc GasGas riders Casey Cochran and Ryder DiFrancesco are expected to move over to the Factory Husqvarna Team. CN Justin Barcia's time with the GasGas Factory Racing team has officially ended.
