Lynn Wins Mesquite WORCS
T
he Rocky Mountain ATV/
MC WORCS Series returned
to the brutal sands of Mesquite
MX, located on the border of
Arizona and Nevada, on October
11-12, where riders faced one
of the most challenging courses
on the circuit. The track's deep,
choppy sand and notorious pro
section—lined with logs, planks
and massive tires—tested both
skill and endurance as racers
fought to keep momentum
through the ruts and in the heat.
When all was said and done, SLR
Honda's Tyler Lynn stood out
from the rest.
In the Pro 450 class, Dare
DeMartile (Liqui Moly Beta USA)
launched off the concrete start
and grabbed the holeshot.
However, it didn't take long for
Lynn to make his move. Known
for his speed and composure
in tough situations, Lynn found
his rhythm early and took the
lead on lap one. From there, he
never looked back. His pace was
unmatched, setting the fastest
lap of the day on lap three with
a time of 9:39, gradually pulling
away from the rest of the field.
DeMartile held strong in
second, delivering a smooth and
consistent ride on his Beta to
secure the runner-up spot.
Meanwhile, Lynn's teammate
Carter Klein took advantage of
others' mistakes, moving up
from fourth to third after Lyndon
Snodgrass crashed hard on the
third lap and was forced to retire
early. Klein kept it steady to earn
another solid podium for SLR
Honda, continuing his strong
season in the top class.
Behind the lead trio, a battle
