Alex Rins (Yam) +13.223 after contact with David Mu- noz (Dynavolt Intact GP), who crashed out. Rueda retook control before the red flag. Fernandez's double penalty demoted him, and Quiles' time penalty dropped him to fourth, promoting Lunetta and Pini. Piqueras could only fin - ish seventh, officially ending his title hopes as Rueda claimed his first world crown. As such, Rueda is uncatch- able on 340 points. Piqueras is second on 231, with Quiles third on 217. CN MotoGP Sprint (Top 10) 1. Marco Bezzecchi (Apr) 19:37.047 2. Fermin Aldeguer (Duc) +0.157 3. Raul Fernandez (Apr) +4.062 start as Joel Kelso (LevelUp - MTA) led into turn one, before Adrian Fernandez (Leopard Rac- ing) and Maximo Quiles (CFMO- TO Gaviota Aspar Team) joined the fight. Rueda dropped to 13th on the opening lap while title rival Angel Piqueras (Frinsa - MT Helmets - MSI) surged into the top six. But contact on lap five forced Piqueras wide, dropping him back behind Rueda, and from then the balance swung toward Rueda. By halfway, Rueda was run- ning inside the top three and on course to clinch the crown. Quiles and Piqueras were later penalized with long laps for shortcutting, while Fernandez controversially took the lead The usual craziness of Moto3 ensued, but, as usual, it was Jose Antonio Rueda (99) who came out on top, but this time he took the Moto3 title win as well.
