sealed the title and electing not
to race in Talent Cup, Vossberg
was the master regardless of
the conditions, his first race win
coming in the wet by 2.7 sec-
onds over Australian Sam Drane
(Yamaha bLU cRU Estenson Rac-
ing) with Derek Sanchez (Envy
Powered by Warhorse).
Vossberg backed it up for a
much closer win in race two, as
he dragged a visibly frustrated
Drane to the line to take the win
by just 0.039 of a second, with
Nathon Bettencourt (Betten
-
court Racing) third, 2.9 seconds
further back.
"Off the start, there was like five
of us going at it," Vossberg said.
"I've got to give props up to Sam
[Drane] He was keeping me hon
-
est the whole race, pushing. Had a
couple of moments out there and
just had to remind myself it's the
last race of the season. Don't want
to go total a bike."
Di Mario's tally was unassail
-
able coming into New Jersey,
and he leaves the series cham-
pion on 254 points from Voss-
berg's 227, with Drane third on
226.
