Come race two, however, it
was all Vossberg. The youngster
scored a 0.43-of-a-second win
ahead of Levi Badie (Karns/
TST Industries Suzuki) with
Avery Dreher (Bad Boys Racing
Aprilia) right on his heels, less
than a tenth of a second behind
in third. Di Mario would finish
down in seventh in race two for
one of his lowest ever finishes
in the class.
But he doesn't care. Di Mario
is the undoubted king of the
Twins Cup category, his second
straight class crown coming by
97 points ahead of Chapin, with
Vossberg 118 points adrift of Di
Mario's tally in third.
"It means a lot to me," Voss

season, I
didn't think I'd have a
contention in the top three of
the championship. Thanks to
Alessandro Di Mario for being
such a great teammate. It was
just an amazing ride."
