Made for V-Twin touring and cruiser bikes, the new AE2
(American Elite 2) tires replace Dunlop's discontinued American
Elite model. The AE2 is built with an aggressive, new tread
pattern that utilizes a 10 percent higher land-ratio (i.e., more
rubber is in contact with the ground) in the middle of the tread,
which can reduce heat generation, improve wear characteristics
and increase mileage. Optimized for wet-weather performance,
the AE2's cut-breaker construction provides a robust casing to
hold up under heavyweight bikes.
