disciplines: Short Track, TT, Half Mile, Mile and road race. He
completed the slam when he won the Ascot National Half Mile...
Jim Pomeroy won the Trans-AMA Motocross at Road Atlanta.
He traded moto wins with Belgian star Roger DeCoster, who was
second overall. Jimmy Ellis won the 250cc Support race.

interviewed Bubba Shobert, the new AMA
Grand National Champion... Scott Parker nipped
Wayne Rainey for the win at the GNC final, the

new engine factory in Anna, Ohio... Terry Cunningham won
the Black Coal Enduro in Indiana.
