Arai has released a new Takaaki Nakagami-replica
design on its flagship Corsair-X helmet. The HRC
development rider is a wildcard entry for the upcoming
Japanese GP in Motegi. Created by helmet designer
YF Design, the Nakagami-4 graphic has lucky four-
leaf clovers amid a colorful mosaic representing the
stained glass of Catalunya to symbolize Nakagami's
connection to the place where he lived for nearly a
decade. The Corsair-X has evolved over the years, with
improvements to the fit, the faceshield system, the
airflow and the aerodynamics.

Generation (NG) windshields deflect
wind away from the rider's body for a

windshields are made from a treated
high-impact 3mm-thick acrylic, which
is resistant to cracking and scratching,
and are engineered to disperse road
and engine vibrations. Refined and
developed using wind-tunnel testing,
the NG windshields are available in a
