AUGUST 24-29, 2025 BERGAMO, ITALY P74 NAME GAME The FIM is transitioning the re- naming of this storied event to the 6Days FIM Enduro of Nations, to better align it with its other multi- country World Championships, such as the Motocross of Nations and Trial of Nations. ISDT TO ISDE Since transitioning from ISDT (International Six Days Trial) to ISDE, Italy has won the WT 12 times and the JWT 11 times. Italy hosted the first ISDE on the island of Elba in 1981, and since then, the race has been held on Italian soil five more times. NEXT YEAR The 100th ISDE will take place on the Alentejo coast of southern Portugal from October 12-17, 2026. RECORD NUMBER? With a reported 660 entries, it is believed to have been the largest field in ISDE history. They repre- sented 33 countries plus two con- tinental unions—FIM Europe and FIM Latin America. Next year, the Portuguese organizer is prepar- ing for a field of nearly 700. DOMINATORS Only four countries have won the WWT: Australia six times, the USA six times, France five times and the United Kingdom once. HIGH POINT While denied a spot on the WT podium, Johnny Girroir and Dante Oliveira did help take one win—the Manufacturer's Team award for Red Bull KTM Factory Racing—alongside Josep Garcia.
