second. And Piqueras held on as Yamanaka passed both Mu- noz and Furusato at turn nine on the final lap for second. Munoz was third, with Quiles and Jose Antonio Rueda (KTM Ajo) also getting by the hapless Furusato in the last two turns. Rueda (239 points) still holds a healthy 71-point advantage in the championship, but Piqueras (168) finally has some momen - tum in his sails. Munoz, Quiles and Alvaro Carpe (KTM Ajo) are all tied for third on 139. CN to perfection in the race. From laps three to 20, he was one of a lead quartet, which included Max Quiles (Aspar KTM), polesitter Valentin Per- rone (Tech3 KTM) and Ryusei Yamanaka (MSI KTM).
