WIND IN THE P38 Season Over For Swoll T riumph's Jalek Swoll says he'll be sitting out for the remainder of the 2025 SuperMo- tocross season. He revealed that he tore his calf muscle during qualifying at the Ironman round of Pro Motocross, despite finish- ing 10th in the first 250MX moto. "This isn't the news that I wanted to be sharing, but at Ironman I tore my calf muscle without even crashing," Swoll said. "I've also been riding in - jured since Southwick, as I tore a ligament in my thumb there, and I've not been able to ride dur - ing the week. So, with this new injury, the team and I decided it's best for me to sit out the remainder of the season. It's not ideal, of course, but my body has been through a lot over the last year or so. It was a collective effort with the whole team to get back to racing this summer after my Achilles injury, and once I was back, I showed some good speed. Getting on the podium at RedBud was huge for me and the team, and it's unfortunate that my season has ended this way. Overall, though, I'm proud of what I've achieved this year, despite not racing a lot, and I'm confident and super excited for the 2026 season." Swoll already missed a majority of the year with a torn Achilles in the off-season before Supercross, and now the torn calf along with a torn UCL in his thumb halt any further progress. At the time of his announce - ment, he was 18th in the 250MX series points with a best finish of 6-3 for second overall at Red - Bud. CN A calf injury will sideline Jalek Swoll for the rest of the 2025 racing season.
