On lap two, Cannon made a move to try to get around Turner on the backside of the track, but Turner fended off the bid. Mean- while, Stallings, who won Loretta Lynn's in 2023, was in her own battle over third with Nielsen. On the final lap, Nielsen had caught up to Cannon and was at - tempting to pass for second but fell in a turn. At the finish, Turner was first, with Cannon, Stallings, Jarvis and Nielsen rounding out the top five. Turner was 1-1 for the overall win, with Cannon 2-2 in second and Stallings 4-3 for third. "This is such a gratifying win," said Turner. "Especially after the long break we just came off of. I've been working my butt off, and I'm so happy it shows. So much work I've put into this. I went from falling pretty much every race last year, and now I'm actually putting everything together, so it's sick." Cannon had her struggles in the second moto but still maintained second. "I got a flat rear tire in that second moto," said Cannon. "It would slide out in the turns. I had no traction, so that was a bit sketchy. I just tried to manage. It's a shame, but I've got a lot of work to do, so I'm just looking forward to chipping away." Meanwhile, Stallings was im - pressive, grabbing back-to-back holeshots in the second moto after the red flag. "I ended up making a mistake back in the tree section, which kind of messed me up a little bit," said Stallings. "But I made sure I stayed on second and third the whole time, so I could capitalize on a mistake, and then Mikayla went down and I got third." Shan Moore OVERALL 1. Lachlan Turner (Yam) 1-1 2.
